Your Crisis Navigation Partner®
Life is full of crossroads. You don’t have to cross by yourself.
As leaders, we are always juggling and balancing and making decisions. We show up every day, to navigate the twists and turns of our lives, and to fortify our colleagues and loved ones. To lead consistently — with confidence and authenticity — sometimes we need outside perspective.
This isn’t therapy, counseling, or a 24/7 helpline. Connect2 offers a judgement-free zone for creating and implementing viable plans to move forward. Strategy sessions via phone and video provide convenient emotional and practical relief, empowering you to make better-informed decisions, communicate more effectively, feel less stress and isolation, and save precious time.

About

I’m Debra Woog (pronounced like “Vogue”). I work from my home office in Arlington, MA, as my two terrific teenagers attend school. By nature, I am a connector and a community builder. Connection and community are essential in a crisis. As a leader who has navigated my own unanticipated challenges, I know first-hand the value of smart, collaborative expertise, especially for women who feel solo in life or work. As supremely capable as we are, we are even better when we cross difficult roads together.
With a B.A. in psychology from Wellesley College and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, I am able to provide both emotional and practical underpinnings for problem solving, including research, resource matching, and communication strategy. I’m here for you.
