Especially for Brilliance-Based Businesswomen, reaching our financial goals is critical to our joy, ease and prosperity.

Monica Ross, owner and president of Virtual Bookkeeping, provides financial services to small businesses and independent contractors all over North America and beyond. Her Brilliance shines as she builds personal relationships with her clients and allows them the time to concentrate on their business.

As best as you currently understand it, what are you here to do?  Who are you here to serve?  What difference do you make for your clients?

I am here to help and encourage my clients to reach their financial goals. I help my clients create personal budgets to guide their spending which gives them the flexibility and freedom from worrying about money. I want my clients to never have to hold their breath at the ATM machine or wait for checks to clear.

How do you define “success” for yourself?

I feel I am successful when I do the best job I can possibly do, such as completing all deadlines on time and help clients to meet or be under budget. I aim for my clients to reach their desired results, whether it is to make a profit, manage their expenses or reduce a loss.

What changes have you made or experienced in your life and business that have enabled you to experience more ease?

Developing confidence, freedom and courage allowed me to become more at ease. As well as working with a Coach to help guide me through the areas I need to work on. I owe a lot of my success to Coaches.

What would you love your next breakthrough to be?

To train my new office manager completely so I am able to take a break once in a while and to expand my business in other areas.

What brings you joy?

Quiet mornings, when I can finish my tea while staring out the view of my living room window. Relaxation and no stress.

What support do you have on the journey of your Brilliance-Based career?

I have encouraging friends, family, my coach and my dedicated self-motivated staff. I’ve built a strong support system by social media, online support, specialized forums with in-depth knowledge and experience.

As a successful Brilliance-Based Businesswoman, what’s your best advice for other aspiring and active Brilliance-Based Businesswomen?
